Independent Living, Assisted Living, and More Options for Care

Highland Springs offers a variety of living options in one spectacular North Dallas location. Choose the lifestyle that’s right for you. Then sit back, relax, and enjoy everything our continuing care retirement community has to offer.

Active, Independent Living

Say goodbye to house maintenance and hello to fun and freedom. At Highland Springs, you’ll enjoy an amenity-rich lifestyle in a beautiful setting—without the work and worry of upkeep and repairs.

Your Highland Springs home includes an all-season pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and an abundance of outdoor living space—plus stimulating clubs that will keep your mind, body, and spirit in tip-top shape.

You’ll also have easy access to host of services designed to help you stay healthy and independent. Highland Springs features an on-site medical center led by D Magazine "Dallas Top Doc" Dr. Mary Norman, plus in-home care administered by a licensed private duty nurse. On-site outpatient rehabilitation is also available if you ever require physical, speech, or occupational therapy.

If something happens to me and I no longer can live independently...there’s a place right across the campus where I can go for whatever needs that I have.

Quality Continuing Care Right on Campus

Highland Springs’ continuing care neighborhood offers assisted living, memory care, nursing care, and respite care in addition to post-acute rehabilitation.

Our highly trained, compassionate staff designs a personalized care plan for every resident. You’ll enjoy individualized attention, plus hours of engaging programing in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Unlike many Plano and North Dallas care facilities, Highland Springs has a personal chef who prepares delicious meals, served in bright, attractive dining venues. Residents can socialize in the beautifully appointed living room or enjoy a night under the stars on the pleasant outdoor patio.

Independent living residents can make the transition to continuing care should the need arise. However, you don’t have to be a resident of Highland Springs to receive continuing care here.
