Is Independent Senior Living Right for You?

Ann’s Choice Has an Option for Every Stage of Life

As a continuing care retirement community, we offer independent living, plus additional levels of care should your needs ever change. It’s all located right here on our 103-acre campus in Bucks County, PA.

So what’s the difference between independent living and continuing care?

If something happens to me and I no longer can live independently...there’s a place right across the campus where I can go for whatever needs that I have.

Independent Living

Many of the people who live at Ann’s Choice say they’re more independent now than even before. Here, you don’t have to worry about the stress of home ownership, including big-ticket repairs and standard maintenance.

Finally, you’re free to devote more time to the things you actually want to do. Take a foreign language class, try your skills at Wii golf, or enjoy a day trip with friends.

Located on 103 acres in beautiful Bucks County, our campus includes a putting green, walking paths, and even a bocce court. Here’s the best part: you don’t have to worry about mowing the lawn or shoveling the snow. Our award-winning landscaping team takes care of it all!

As an independent living resident, you’ll have access to the on-site medical center, plus in-home care through a certified home health aide or a private duty (visiting nurse) aide.

Should you ever require outpatient rehabilitation due to an injury or illness, you can recover in comfort and privacy right here at Ann’s Choice.

Continuing Care

If the need occurs, independent living residents can move to the on-site continuing care neighborhood. We provide personal care, long-term nursing care, and short-term rehabilitation. Designed with your comfort in mind, the neighborhood is warm and homelike with several dining venues and “living rooms” for socializing.

Here, you’re always treated like the unique individual that you are—never just a patient. Our team of caregivers gets to know you on a personal level, so they can customize a care plan to meet your needs in mind, body, and spirit.
