Bucks County’s Premier Retirement Community

Situated on 103 lush acres in Bucks County, PA, Ann’s Choice is a vibrant retirement community for seniors 62-plus. We’re located in Warminster, close to I-95 and I-276, Doylestown, Abington, Philadelphia, and beyond.

As a continuing care community, we offer independent living for active seniors, plus personal care, long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and more.

About Ann’s Choice

We opened in 2003 to meet the growing demand for senior living in Bucks County. Our first apartment homes sold quickly, and Ann’s Choice continues to thrive.

Today, our community is fully built out with more than 1,400 independent living apartment homes and a continuing care neighborhood—not to mention a staff of more than 900. Maris Grove, our sister community in Delaware County, opened in 2006.

Built on a Strong Foundation

Ann’s Choice is a not-for-profit community managed by Erickson Living®, a network of communities with 30-plus years of experience meeting the needs of seniors. In 1983, the opening of Charlestown, an Erickson Living-managed continuing care community in Catonsville, a suburb of Baltimore, Maryland, redefined active senior living.

More than 24,000 people in 11 states call an Erickson Living community home.

You don’t move in and stay in. You can still work and have activities that you do outside. It’s really independent living.
